The Set Designer will work in conjunction with other designers on initial set design concepts to generate working drawings for carpentry and CGI environments.
The Set Designer will create and maintain designer notes, advise carpentry and design departments when changes occur and obtain product specifications as the set design requires.
The Set Designer should be flexible in making adjustments to room plans as needed, with the ability to maintain original concept and theme.
This position will require interaction with set build team members while monitoring accuracy of set creation from start to completion.
The Set Designer will report directly to the Senior Designer Stylist / Stylist Manager and the Creative Director.
Requirements and skills:
Proficiency in CAD, 20/20 and Sketch-up required.
Degree or background in Interior Design preferred. CKD or AKDB preferred.
Must be knowledgeable on a variety of building products and finishes used throughout residential spaces.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00. Overtime may be necessary.
Compensation: $35K-$50K a year, based on experience.
